Hi!  I’m Emily.  I am super stoked to have you visiting my blog.  I am a wife and mama to two sweet boys that have a fairly large age gap between them (6.5 years to be exact) and I cannot forget my 2 angel babies.    This blog has been an ambition of mine for a very long time.  When I miscarried my twins in 2017, I felt that I had nowhere to turn or know anyone who had a similar experience to mine.  If you have gone through a loss, I hope I can help you feel not so alone.

Within This Space is a nod to the time between my two living boys but also to all the experiences I have had with grief, post-loss, and overall day-to-day life with an infant and almost 8 year old.  I dabble a little in DIY projects, we have some home reno’s on the go, I love to cook, I try to bake, and mostly try to keep my little beings happy.  I have BIG dreams on a limited budget.

I love coffee, carbs, wine, sleep, and most of all my family.  I also love sarcasm and jokes, and don’t take myself too seriously, because I am kinda awkward… if that’s not your jam, I am (kinda) sorry.
